Bookings, changes and refunds
Bookings are held by the tour operator, not here, so we cannot change a date, issue a refund or look up a reference. Your confirmation email comes from the booking platform and carries the operator’s own contact details, which is the fastest route for anything to do with a booking you have already made.
Every departure we list refunds in full if cancelled at least 24 hours before departure, and the cancellation link sits in that same confirmation email.
Who writes these pages
Stonehenge London Tours is a small editorial team. Opening hours, ticketing rules and access details are checked against English Heritage, and the date of the last check appears at the top of every page. Tour details — fares, durations, ratings, inclusions and time at the monument — come from each operator’s own live listing.
English Heritage
For anything about the monument itself — membership, ticket refunds, lost property, conservation or the solstice access arrangements — English Heritage is the authority. The visitor centre sits off the A303 near Amesbury and handles ticketing questions directly.
